GoGear OPUS freezing and not recognized by device manager

    Hello

I'm having a problem with Philips GoGEAR MP3 video player SA1OPS16K Opus 16 GB.

It freezes at the loading screen. Buttons don't work. Only hard reset with needle and after it freezes again. I tried to connect device to computer. Holding volume while inserting usb - drivers sucesfully recognize and display GoGear recovery mode, but I cannot access to the memory. Also the program GoGear OPUS Device manager does not recognize the device. Says device is not connected.

What can I do to recover factory settings?
