    No picture or sound

i have had a Philips LCD TV 42PFL3704D Full HD 1080p digital TV with Pixel Plus HD for about 2 years and have had no problems with it. Today when i turned it on, it stayed on the "Philips" screen for a about 10 minutes, when it finally went away i could select through my inputs with the the remote but no picture or sound from any. I have devices on HDMI 1 & 2, Video 2 & TV. The buttons on the TV were unresponsive. Any recommendations or fixes are appreciated.

i actually just solved the problem, i unhooked all my devices, unplugged the tv, plugged it back in and hooked up the devices one by one. it worked all is back to normal. i suspect it could have been the coax cable i had connected. it was unused and i forgot to detach when we switched to HD Cable. Thanks for the response
