    Net TV problem registering

    I have a 37pfl8404. I have not used Net TV in a couple of months and then I start NET TV it shows registering and a spinning logo but it doesnt connect to Net TV. I have checked the settings in the router and the settings are right. I have also tried disconnect and connect the network cable and it doesnt help.

    Try this little trick: When you see the loading Icon, (running balls) disconnect the IP-cable just for a second, either at TV side or at router side. After this the Net TV homepage is loaded fine and the problem is gone.

    I have tried it many times. If I disconnect the IP-cable Net TV goes to step 1 and then I connect again it goes to step 3 and shows the loading icon. I have tried to wait 15 minutes but it doesnt connect.
