This is going to sound strange

My MCI298/12 turns on by its own every night at 21:50 and again in the morning around 10 AM

It has been doing this for the past 4 days ... I assure you my home is not haunted by ghosts.

I contacted Philips Support by Chat and they said to return the device to the vendor.

Software Version 1.20.1149

I think this could be fixed in the next software update.
