    WIFI Media Connect Problems

    I have installed media connect, both the TV and computer are connected to same Wifi, and they both have the IP addresses necessary. The TV icon is showing up at the top of my screen but it won't allow me to start projecting. What should I do?

    I want to confirm that you are using the 50PFL3807 to connect with MediaConnect. Can you also let me know if you are using MediaConnect on a Windows PC or Mac?

    Thanks for that info. I need to know what mac you are using and what version of the OSX software is installed. Please select the Apple in the top left corner of the menu bar. Select About this mac and then More info. I have uploaded an example of the info I need.     Please make sure you have turned off an 3rd party firewall software that may be installed on your computer and even the firewall on the Mac.

    Does the MediaConnect icon light up Black or is it always grayed out?
