    Registration was challenging

    When I registered and tried with the remote to enter my email address I got a message the connection was lost, I needed at least 3 attempts before I could register. Any reason why the connection gets lost when you enter your email address/

    Please give some more information: what is your TV model number, SW version and how is your TV connected (wired or wireless)?
