TV channel list is GONE! Need urgent help! (32PFL3017H/12)

Hello,
Yesterday I reinstall all the TV channels.
Unfortunately, after that the TV channel list is gone, the tv doesn't list anymore the channels.
When I push the LIST (or Enter) button on the remote, on the screen is shown only the black, empty square.
I reinstall again the tv channels, but nothing changes.

Please need urgent advice, solution from Philips or anybody can help.
(I also installed the latest, updated software to.)

Could you please tell me if you're using a CAM module or instead the internal tuner?
and if the network selected is cable or antenna?

In the meantime you could try to reinstall again the TV channels by looking for analogue or digital, the user manual is here and the channel settings on page 27.
