    Songbird reinstall issue

    Hi, I had Songbird installed on my Windows 7 pc, it worked fine for a day then began crashing as I manoeuvred up and down the music list.

    I un-installed the software via Control Panel - Programs & Features. Now when I try to re-install Songbird it won't install.

    After initiating the program, (C:\Program Files (x86)\Philips) I get this message "Do you wish to continue installation in this folder? Continuing may damage the function of other software." I choose continue as I don't have any other option but to.

    Then I get this message - " X An error occurred during the installation. Please launch the installer again to install Philips Songbird."

    This keeps on happening. Please help.

    try to go in
    C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXXUSERNAMEXXXXX\Application Data

    and delete the 2 folder Philips and Philips-Songbird
