    problems downloading itunes tracks onto my WACS7000

    Hi, Can anyone please help with the above. I am currently unable to transfer any tracks from my itunes selection on my laptop to my wacs7000....any suggestions?

    Hi !

    If you mean that you manage to copy tracks to your WAC7000, but they refuse to play, well, that's a known iTunes issue. iTunes has a nasty habit of writing non-standard MP3-tags into your MP3 tracks and therefore a device (such an the WACS devices) that obey the MP3 standard cannot read them.
    Another issue could be that your tracks contains very large (> ~ 500 kilobytes) Album Art tags that he WCAS devices doesn't like very much.

    The work-around I have used is a freeware called MP3Tag. Download, install it and make a test by opening one of your iTunes MP3 tracks and then just save it back to the disk and finally upload it to your WAC. It should work then.
