No picture.
I have a 46 in. Philips LED tv (9704h). It has been working perfectly for a couple of years intill the picture suddenly went black. Not even the menu is visible (to be precise the screen "lights up" a litle in the area where the menu usually appears on screen). My theory is that some kind of powersurge has disabled the led-panel. Is there some way to reset the tv to fix this?
Any other helpful tips are welcomed.
Thanks!
