You cannot play a PLAYLIST from Folder View. If you navigate the MP3 player to MUSIC and then select PLAYLIST is will work. This player does seem to support m3u playlist but you cannot use them in Folder view.

Yes, Alex Silver is right.
M3U playlist is the supported playlist format for GoGears. Playlist cannot be opened in the Folder overview. But its presence there shows you have successfully transferred your playlist.
To use the playlist in your player, please go to [Music] > [ Playlists] and then select the playlist you hv transferred.
Hope this helps.

I see 3 "playlist on the go", there's a way to remove them?
thanks

Well... another issue with playlists.
In this way my mp3player read and play the m3u, but I found that only the first track is played. At the end of the 1st track, it starts again with number 1, for playing track 2 you have to select the next song....
Can anyone try?
Thanks

Well, I don't know if it depends on the filename or what else, but I still have problems.
Sometimes play only the first track, and it seems that in the playlist I have repeated many times the first file

Delete all the playlistes you have and make a new one with 3 songs and see if that works.

Jazzrock I am very sorry you bought a RAGA SA4 series because they are covered up with problems that to my knowledge have never been repaired. My RAGA SA4 series is just basically destroyed because the songbird doesn't recognize the device. I tried to do a factory restore, which deletes everything first and after that it won't connect so you can't reinstall anything.
BUT before it got messed up I made separate files for different music.
IT IS SO SIMPLE, NOBODY IS THINKING.
Plug in your GOGEAR,
go to C:/GOGEAR,
open the device,
you should see files (like MUSIC, SETTINGS) (and .sys .ini icons that you SHOULD NOT TOUCH),
CLICK on the NEW FOLDER button at the top of the window, just like any other windows file you keep to separate photos or documents,
GIVE IT A NAME,
then just drop the songs into that file - it's not a 'playlist' per se, but you can keep songs in separate FILE FOLDERS and play music separately in those folders.
When open your device you should be able to go up and down to get to the settings file and your newly created file should be there too.
