    remote won't work

    tv will not respond to commands from remote (volume, channel change etc); tried changing batteries and trying and retrying the settings buttons; unable to pull up menu. the white circle light on the tv responds when the remote is pushed, but nothing happens;

    it's worked perfectly fine until now. help anyone???

    Hi,

    - what TV do you have?
    - check support website for the latest firmware
    - pull power cord for 2-3 minutes
