hbbtv doesn't work

Hello,

i have TV model 5007 and hbbtv function causes the buttons (1 - 9) don't work in the remote control. I notice in Poland lots people complain they have the same problem. How can we resolve this problem?

is firmware 91.0 installed? And if you deactivate HbbTV the keys are working? Can you please explain exactly when the buttons aren't working anymore (step-by-step)?

Hi Toengel,

I haven't installed 91.0 firmware yet.If I deactivate HbbTV my buttons are working correctly.
If I activate HbbTV funtion sometimes (not always) the buttons (especially 1-9) don't work. I mean if I would like to change the channel TV (for example I push no. 1 on the remote control) on the TV red diode is flashing but the chanel TV doesn't change.

I suggest to install the latest firmware. The official support won't help if you don't install it...

I'm using a 32PFL4047 and is on the newset FW 0.93...

Still I can't have the hbbTV buttons and the icon in the lower right corner

I have seen this working on a similar model at my friend.

Do I need to re-apply on earlier FW to enable this on my TV?
