Over the last months the cd is not read, instead "open" appears. Also, the power couldn't be turned off, and had to be removed altogether. During early occurrence, after several trying (opening and closing tray) it worked. Now it seems the failure is on a lasting basis. Is there any hope of sorting it out? Thanks
