There MUST be a firmware upgrade to allow to use remote to control volume while using Headphone/Aux out....so frustrating that its not possible to control volume. Is there any reason why u must go into menu to control volume while listening with headphones...? My Friends SONY allow it...and never had this problem before with any other TV...
