BDP 7600 doesn't play some 3d titles
Just rented Yogi Bear 3D BD and Journey 2, both warner bros titles. These titles don't play in the BDP7600, all I get is a message that no compatible 3D TV is connected. They play fine in my PS3, so it must be something with the BDP. Other 3d Titles play fine in the BDP7600, like Hugo 3D, Satriani Live, GrandCanyon,...
Is this a known issue with warner bros 3D titles?

Hi,
please check the support webpage of your BDP for the latest firmware update (you need to install it via USB stick). Please remove any disc before upgrading...

It has the latest 1.55 firmware release installed. Just checked it again, and it is both Warner titles which wouldn't play.

Hi,
hmm - try to load factory defaults on your BDP (firwmare will be kept) and setup again the player...
If that does not work, post the EAN code of this BDs (bar code).

Well if you dont have them anymore since you rented them less lightly that a fix will come.
Also would be good to test on other tv to see what happens

i upgraded my tv software yesterday, maybe that would have been a solution. I still have my PS3, the bdp7600 isn't a great player. Has a lot of bugs I allready discovered. I also can't find where to set the exact resolution for my 21:9 tv. It has 4:3 and 16:9, but no 21:9, I thought every philips BP would have this option?
