    Hi clintonmcdade,

Welcome to the Philips Support Forum and thank you for reaching out to us here. That sounds like a frustrating situation. Have you tried to disconnect the power cord for 5 minutes or longer, then plug it back in, to see if that could help?

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Christoffer

    Hello clintonmccade!
I think it looks like your player is non revivable based on the resources we have here on the forum. If you would like to you could have it looked at by a technician or one of our repair centers. The price for that would depend on if you are within your warranty or not.
    Kind regards,
    Philips - Katerina

Ok those ( standard ) replies won't help him. Main question is , do you have warranty on the device? Probably not or you would have gone to the dealer where you bought the sound bar.

So you have standby voltage. Can you try and unplug the power cord from the wall and press the power button? This way you drain all the voltage thats left in the capacitors. Standby led should stay on for a few seconds when you remove the cord. ( If capacitors are still ok ).

If that does not work and you don't have warranty then you need to send it for repair to a local shop or open the machine yourself.
If you need help trying to repair it yourself then i need pictures of the boards inside.

    Hello Moreno83!
Thank you for your input, I appreciate your effort to try and help but remember that opening up the devices is not something that we want you to do here on the forum. You may get hurt and it is the last thing we want to happen to you.
    Kind regards,
    Philips - Katerina
