    File Format not supported GoGear Mix SA2

    I've just bought my wife this item and tried to load music from Windows Media player. The albums gp into 'Files' and when a track is selected I get a message 'File Format Not Supported'. How do I convert music on her computer to the correct Format? Thanks

    What format are you trying now, did you you look into the supported formats in your DFU/Leaflet of the device...
