We need YOUR help: which application do you like to see on Net TV?

Hey Philips Guys,

all these new applications (skype, you tube, etc...) are nice but the real need, right now, is to have the TV connected to a wireless keyboard + trackball via USB.

Is too annoying typing the message/adresses/etc... using the remote control or the primitive virtual keyboard on the screen.

Philips, please take care of this missing feature on our TV.

The new High-end range (2011 TV's and Blu Ray) support USB keyboards (wired or wireless). Regretfully is this functionality not upgradable in older TV’s.

Dear Philips,

this is a scandal: I've purchased my TV less than one year (Dec.2010, mod. PFL8605M/08) and the customers/forumers are asking for this feature from the birth of this forum (and I was checking in it several months b4 my logging as user before to purchase my TV).

Philips has never given an answer on this wireless keyboard request........... and now "regretfully" it is available ONLY for the new models 2011.
I could wait to purchase the TV in the future, in this way not.

Just to say: in the year 2010 the people will purchase our TVs (instead of the competiors models aleady offering this feature) avoiding to say that this feature will never be available. To claim the truth too early could cause the loss of orders.

What a delusion! It's a shame.

No retrofit kits, no adapters,....nothing!!!

Perfect example of customers fidelity management.

Please add this one to the app gallery. I would like to add it. There are complete shows from german TV like Stromberg, Dr. Psycho, TV Total and some more.

but most importantly if we have flash player installed on our players (with internet browser) there would be no need for these application as such!

Yes, we will have Apps developed by Flingo.
VIMEO will be lounged soon!
Regretfully, a lot of the American Apps have no release approval (yet) in Europe.
