Yes, Lovefilm would be great. Amazon as a strong company behind Lovefilm will push that and provide really good offers.

I often use putpat.tv, it can be customized better as QTom. Putpat plays more the music I like as QTom.
It really works good on 2010 TV with opening it in open internet browser:

I have added the link as a bookmark in the browser, but would be great to get an app icon for it. Since the bookmark list is getting more and more full.


As an improvement, it would be good to:
1. Be able to add own links to the app gallery
2. To group the apps in something like folders or groups/categories. Like have a group Music which contains QTom, Putpat and some radio stations... This would make it easier to access the apps.

Hi smart,
to solve your problem for interim, i suggest you use hbbig.com to add your most liked sites.
Maybe you can start a new thread in which you tell which sites you have added so other can rate for these sites and they won´t get erased on hbbig.com. This also have the advantage, that other users doesn´t have to search for "links".

What do you think about that?

yes it works! use http://mini.maxdome.de/mini-2.0/toplist with in your NET TV browser.
I think you´ll need a keyboard pluged-in to control the "app" properly. With the remote controll its kinda hard.

Though the link (www.maxdome.de/philips) doesn't work yet, it's still good to see, that maxdome will come to the Philips TV!
I didn't register yet, maybe I'll wait, so that I can get the 1 month for free...

How long is this site up? Maybe it won't take that much longer for Philips to integrate it as a "real" app...

btw. is there a netflix app for Philips TV in the US? Anyone? :-)

Yes I was able to login in! As i said, without a keyboard its a little bit tricky to control especially when you have a complicated Passwaord :-)
