BDP9600/12 almost no BluRay disc plays without stutter..
My BDP9600/12 can almost not play any Bluray (and some DVD) and not stutter after approx 5 minutes and then gets worse and worse and even stop playing back the movie, very annoying.
I have tried connecting the BDP9600 to my tv without going through any receiver or anything else, even tried different HDMI-cables but no change.
For example the Blueray "Men In Black 3" (5 051162296171) behave like the above...
Is there anything I can do? or do I need to send it in for service?

I made a test today, I connected my old PlayStation 3 and there where no stutter at all playing the same movie as in BDP9600... so nothing wrong with movie.
It would be great is someone from Philips could confirm that that this defect will be fixed, or if not going to be fixed, what we should do with our players?

Better to let your device be checked if you have this with Blu Rays and DVD´s.......might try a lensa cleaner but thats it

Lensa cleaner? This player should work properly.......
No reaction from Philips anymore because this product is beyond fixing! We want our money back!

Hi,
I'm confident that at least one update will still come...
