    Ps3 and pixel plus connection

    Hi,
I'm using ps3 and a pc for gaming and watching full hd movies. I just wanna know should I enable pixel plus connection to get best picture quality?
As I experience enableing it reduces some tiny flickering (for high sharpness) on tree leaves or sand scenes but reduces sharpness I guess. When it is disabled picture quality seems better but I experince some flickering on detailed scenes like tree leaves. I might be wrong but that is what I've recognized so far.

    Hi Erman56.

Could you please confirm to me the following:
    1. Model number of your TV?
    2. Software version innstalled on your TV?
    3. Have you put TV on "Game mode" when using PS3 and "PC mode" when using PC?

    Best regards,
    Benedickte

    Hi Benedickte,
Thanks for the reply. My tv is 46pfl 8505H. The software is 0.140.48.0 (latest one).
Yes I've tried them. Gaming mode definitely makes it worse. It destroyes visiual details like reflections. That mode disables super resoulution and reduces sharpness to 5. Pc mode doesn't help either. it disables perfect natural motion and 200hz clear hd so video becomes laggy for 1080p movies. I'm using custom settings. every perfect pixel hd option is enabled and maxed out.

perfect natural motion and 200hz clear hd get disabled for a good reason, when gaming they give input and image lag.
