Can't watch movie

Equipment:
42PFL9903H/10
Laptop connected via WiFi
Serversoftware on laptop: MezzMo latest version.

In the server library I have a couple of .AVI files.

On the TV I see animated icons of this movie.

But when I press OK there is no movie on the screen.
Black screen and a miniature display with kind of snapshots from the movie.

Music and photo's work fine!


What can I do t troubleshoot.

Hi Paysan.

Have you tried another server software like Windows media player 11, TVersity or Philips Media Manager?
What OS is installed on your laptop?

You can find supported servers for your OS on page 52 in the user manual.
More information about connecting TV to network and streaming can be found in usermanual section 7.7 / page 46-51.
