BDP 3250/12 youtube issue

Hello,
I have just bought the BDP3250/12 with Versions Subinfo 5.22 and System SW:1.65.
It doesn't play Youtube, It produces only the welcome screen "Youtube" and nothing else.
When I have tried the upgrade through network I got a message like no available upgrade, and when I tried through USB with file "bdp3250_05_fus_eng"I got an error like wrong upgrade (maybe logical judging the _05 instead of _12)
Is there any solution?

I have also tried bdp3250_12_fus_eng.zip, English, Version: V1.73, Zip file, 47.06 MB, Date published: 2012-06-18 but with the same result: Failure authenticating software update.
Is there any solution?

Hi for the upgrade you followed exact procedures no:

2. Transfer firmware to a USB flash drive.
Warning: DO NOT remove the USB flash device during the firmware upgrade procedure. If an error occurs during the upgrade, retry the procedure. If you need further assistance, please call your local Philips Consumer Care Center or use our Live Chat function.
i. Extract the firmware upgrade folder from the downloaded firmware package. Note: Please DO NOT rename either the folder name or the file name in the folder to avoid an upgrade corruption.
ii. Copy the extracted folder with the firmware file to the root directory in the USB flash drive.

OK, Thank you Oscar,as I copied again in the usb flash drive on root the bin file, on root again the subfolder UPG_ALL and on root again the bdp3250_12_fus_eng folder, the dvd player eventually found the bin file and upgrade was succesfull.
All works fine!

Thank you Oscar, I have managed to upgrade the new firmware and everything now plays OK!
