26pfl5522d/05 - Audio Output

Need help please with my 26". Trying to use a headphone with the TV, but even though the headphone is plugged in, the audio only comes out from the TV and nothing from the headphone. I have searched the user manuals, but find no help in how to get the audio to the headphones.

Can one of you please help this frustrated user?? Thanks!

Hi Mkitshoff.

Welcome to the forums.

I can inform you that the headphone input on your TV is plug and play. What you can try to do is mute the TV speakers with remote control and see if you hear anything from your headset. If still no sound, please try another headset/ speakers.
If no change I would advice you to contact local customer service.
