DS 3020 Dockstudio Alarm Not working since iOS 6 update

My DS 3020 has stopped waking me up since the iOS 6 update. It works fine as a speaker for music, I've set all my notifications to on.

At the moment I'm having to use the iOS alarm rather than the dockstudio alarm. It's a pain.

Is there a software update on the way to solve this issue?

hi there, tried with my DS1150 and DS3600, both playback and charging works.

Alarm works in DockStudio also. But strange thing is I tried to use one of my songs in the music library as the alarm tone. Alarm works but no sound coming through. But then I select another song. It's working. That song used to work when I have iOS 5.1.1. So i guess if you have the same issue, please try with another ringtone. it might helps!

Make sure you use version 2.5.5; 2.5.4 is a lot worse.

After updating your Iphone always reboot your Iphone first by pressing at the same time menu button and power button untill the apple logo appears..........
