Angry SB7220 - Cant Pair Two Together

I have tried everything I can get get two SB7220 to pair together. I have followed the instructions at http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...05_dfu_eng.pdf and have reset both devices many times. It just does not work!

Any thoughts? Once you swipe your hands over the sensors, are there meant to be any acknowledging beeps? Or do you really have to wait up to 60 seconds to see if you were successful?

I have spent the weekend trying this, along with several other technical people - we all failed! Are there any utube clips to show should it "should" be done? grrrrr

Hello seblbuk and welcome to the Philips forum!

I guess you could have been doing something better over the weekend with your friends than trying to pair the two speakers. Hopefully it becomes one of those memories that you can all laugh about some time in the future.

I know this is an obvious thing but maybe in the frustration you might have missed it; the speaker does not recognize the hand that swipes over the sensor when it is dark.

If you tried in a well lit room and it still didnít work then I think it is high time you contacted your local call center and explained to my colleagues everything you have told us here.

You can find their info in the following page:
    http://www.philips.com/global/countr...Rlcg.html.html
by clicking on your country of residence and then under consumer and support.

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Katerina
