    Audio problem between Philips 46PFL8007 and Xtremer Sidewinder 3

    Since last week I have a media player (Xtreamer Sidewinder 3) connected (HDMI) on my Philips 46PFL8007 TV but I get only image, no sound. If I connect the Xtreamer Sidewinder 3 to another TV (HDMI) i have image AND sound. When I connect a laptop (HDMI) on my TV I have also picture AND sound. I have tried all possible ways.

    Please help!

    I have the same problem on my 55PFL8007 TV. It is interesting that movies with DTS 5.1 play sound OK!!!??
    I tried change HDMI cabel, various settings,... and silence!!!

    I currently have no sound system with DTS 5.1. I use only the speakers from the TV.

    How are your Xtremer Sidewinder 3 connected to get sound?

    Our problem is described in various forums and this is a problem of FW TV. According to information, this should be corrected in a future version. It's a shame to spend time further experiments!

    What can ik do to get sound? I don't understand what you mean?
