I have 3 of these tvs in my hotel. We went through the regional digital switchover last weekend. The TVs do not remember the digital channels after being turned off. Even if left on standby after a period of time they loose the channels. Only bought them 18 months ago.

Hi Shivafever.
Welcome to the forums.
Please do the following steps:
while TV is on press 1 2 3 6 5 4 , you will then get up a CSM menu, while having this open press 1 2 3 6 5 4 again. Then follow the steps. When asked if you want to reset press OK.
Best regards,
