    how to open the zip file for DCM580

    Hi All,
    I am new to the site and not very computer literate
    I have formatted my USB stick and downloaded the zip file from the site to give me v45
    However when I put the USB into the DCM580 it is displaying "NO FILE"
    Can anyone HELP as my I Phone does not work anymore since I upgraded the software, my mistake in doing so

    do you mean you have upgraded to iOS6?
    For the formatting, pls format it to FAT16/ FAT32. If you do this on a Mac book, some hidden file cannot be clear. Hence you may need your local call centre's help on this. For some countries, they ll be able to send you the file.
