why this futures dont work ?

hello i have a quastion to philips .

why this two futures dont work but are standing on the website from philips .

View 3D as you want thanks to unique adaptation of the 3D depth i cant choose the way i want! only the option more 3d or off i dont get do it with some steps like 1 to 10.


also this option dont work?

Simply download the app MyRemote Philips, push the program from the TV to your iPad and continue watching.

i can send video to tv but not from tv to ipad or mobile
