BDP 5200 freezes way too much

My BDP 5200 freezes all the time. It freezes when watching MKV from a USB drive and also when watching Blu-Ray. It happens on every other film I watch and that is way too much. I'm seriously thinking about returning it to the store and go for another brand if this continues. Is this something you already know about and are trying to fix, or is this just news for you (you being someone representing the developers I guess)?

My previous Philips player (DVD player) never froze, not once.

How about you other owners out there, are you having freezing problems?

    Dearest regards

    Hallur Orn Gudjonsson

Since the latest Firmware (Version 1.61) the freezing is gone on my BDP...

With older Versions it happened quite often (mostly when using Net-TV).
