no response from default gateway
I'm getting message "TV is connected to the home network but not the Internet. There is no response from Default gateway." I don't know how to fix this. Phillips cust rep says I need to change settings in my router. My other smart TV started up right away without changing the settings in my router. What settings am I changing? Please Help!
