    Napster fix

    Dear all,

    We would like to assure you that we are working on the Napster fix.

    Below please find the new schedule for the release:

    NP2500, NP2900, NP3500, NP3700, NP3900, MCi8080, MCi900, AWx000 - November 12
    NP3300 – December 12

    We understand the frustration this causes to you. We will endeavor expediting the schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    You say that you are working on a napster fix

    Has anyone got napster working on a np3700 or np3900

    I have read some conflicting statements

    Saying that firmware will not be updated
    Philips products removed from napster site ????
    Same scripted response to updates since May

    Does anyone know the real story ??

    I have a NP3900, latest firmware. Where can I find Napster, in the 'on-line services' I only find Spotify? Maybe Napster is not available in France?

    I read it too fast, did not notice for the NP3900.
    Anyway, just trying Spotify on the NP3900 and it works just fine.
    I don't know the difference between Napster and Spotify, never used any, but Spotify seems fine.

    I can't believe it, since March is my NP2900 without function of Napster

    The milestones that you are a bad joke, because you can not do it anyway during this time.

    I totally agree this is beyond a joke now - premium equipment with poor service - WHEN will we be told why this has taken so long

    SONOS had an update within a week earlier this year

    This now needs escalating to Philips management and refunds should be offered

    I'll second that - it's the main reason I bought the Streamium - i've tried emailing customer services, PM the Philips members and no news

    Any updates on this please?

    Another month goes past with no sign

    Dear Philips - I have a suggestion release the firmware to the community and we'll fix it for you - the product range seems to be "end of life" now anyway.

    Dear Users,

    We are glad to inform you that the Napster service on the Streamium device – NP2500, NP2900 - has been resumed. Please upgrade your device to the latest firmware B16.22S or above to re-enable the service.

    For the Streamium device – specifically NP3500, NP3700, NP3900, MCI8080 and MCI900 – the Napster service will be made available within the coming two weeks. The schedule for each device will be posted shortly.

    As for the Streamium NP3300, we are still resolving a few issues and we’ll provide the update as soon as possible.
