    Sound ''problem'' 32PFL3017H/12

    Hi,
I am in need of your help. I hope that this is the correct section to talk about sound/codec etc.
I am trying to play mkv files via usb but I am having sound issues(doesnt work at all). I checked some other topics with some codec things but I couldn't find the solution or at least I couldnt understand how to fix it.
Is there a file that i have to download or something so that my tv recognizes the mkv file and plays with sound??
Also do i have to save these codec files in a remote driver or can i save it in tv??
    thanks in advance

ps: this is my first tv so i really dont know how things work.

    Hi,

you can only play files, which includes codecs which are supported by the TV. You cannot install codec drivers. Please take a look at your manual for supported codecs.

    Hi,

I suggest to take a look at a media player, which supports much more codecs. For example, Philips HMP7000 or HMP7001.
