    Cannot start bdp3200 player during upgrade

    Hi, I just bought GDP3200/12 blu ray player, plugged power,hdmi, Ethernet cable. Then I switch the power button, inserted the blu ray disc, and then an upgrade message appears. The movie was playing, I pressesed ok for the upgrade, and then it said do not switch the player. I waited for 30 minutes and no response from the player. I turn off the device, then turn on and boom, the player is not working. I check the manual and there was no indication to remove the disc while upgrading. Then I go online and check the instructions manuall and guess what? It says to remove the disc before upgrading. It did not mention on the printers manual which was in the box. But I had to guess that I had to tak out the disk? Now I have my wedding disc in the player and I cannot watch it. Please help
