    Dear Philips, are you awake

    SmartTV for 2010 models seems to be dying:
    - No update in the back-button-topic in IP EPG over month
    - New Services only for 2011 and beyond
    - Red-button functionality fades away
    - No new firmware although there is a almost endless bug list for 2010 models.

    I'm tired because the problems and wishes that are currently discussed in the forum are virulent over several years - this means there is only a very slow advance in your firmware ore the customers view is simply ignored.

    Why bother, Philips don't care about their customers. The only thing that counts is selling new TV's (with still crappy software) I gave up hope already a long time ago....
