    Internet Browser is not working properly

    Hi, my BDP 5200/98 is unable to browse on the internet since several weeks ago, I can see only the preview windows of my accessed website when getting into the browser, when I input the web address and press enter, it shows only the runnign dot on TV with black background, can anyone help me how to resolve this problem?
    BTW,is it planned to issue the new fireware? the last version of 5200/98 was issued by 2011.

    How are you connected? Did you try a different way. Do other options work normal as net Tv etc?
