With todays interactive TV's there should ONLY be information on how to connect the TV (plus trouble shooting and contact info for support in case of problems with connecting the TV or DOA). The rest should be taken care of through interacting with the TV. This is after all 2012.

Brochure was in the box, I used it lightly and it was not very helpful. I need to print out the user manual for ready reference

Hello - this is 2012. Printed material are only dead trees. Please spend more time on softwaredevelopment and making the SmartTV an open platform.
Ive never seen a more rigid system than the Philips - first claiming that i.e. Netflix is supported and implemented in the hardware, and later on going back in those promises.
The architecture is no rocket science - and a minimum of hardware is needed to run the VoD service. So - please open up the source code, minimum with a API for us nerdy guys to tweak our own hardware.

1. Did you find the Smart TV brochure in the box? Yes
2. Did you use it? Yes
3. Was it helpful? No. Somewhere there needs to be some documentation that explains
in detail how the supplied remote control is used to operate Smart TV Apps
