7606 White corners
Hello,
I explain my case .....
I have this TV from the month of June and beginning to appreciate the dreaded halos (clouding) in dark scenes, in August to give the part philips and service of Hospitalet SBE worn for nearly a month to repair the tv. Change the control panel but the tv still with the same defect.
For the second time in September is taken about 15 days, the entire display will change and as the carrier delivering me and I see that the repair has been useless.
Claim to Philips and after one day I called the technician to tell me that the above is correct tv, sees no default and everything is within normal parameters ....
Again I contact Philips to manage change in a new tv and the only solution is that I get to take it back for the 3rd time and for service, now a different and re-evaluate the status and repair if configured to do so.
I do not understand this customer treatment, represents nearly two months passed without a new tv, without effective solution.
Thanks for reading, Greetings!

Hi.
however the problem is inherent to LCD technology, we should distinguish between a slight lightening of the corners, as some of the cases described, and what you see in the photo of "alpinista", which in my opinion is unacceptable.
Clearly it is difficult to have a perfect panel uniformity, or almost (I in my 4 Philips LCD's I have), but it is exposed by the partner for Philips will change TV directly.
While watching my case tried in the past, after buying 6 TVs in a few years, I expect nothing of the brand really.
Greetings.

This tv does not meet the minimum quality requirements that a brand as serious as it is yours, please I ask of an effective solution, it is not normal to buy a new TV with these serious deficiencies.
I repeat, i have never seen any of your brand led tv or other with these defects so serious, this unit dont't have a decent quality to see with the lights off. If i saw a tv like this in a shop i don't had bought.
I appreciate your response but I hope more of Philips and his attention to a client that has a clearly deficient tv.
I await your response and your brand solution for this serious problem of quality tha't makes impossible see the tv whith a minimum of quality.

Please do not think the problem is being taken seriously by Philips, a solution apart from previous excuse?
Thank you.
