    Plasma model #32fd9954. Not turning on

    I have a Philips Plasma Flat Screen Monitor, model #32FD9954. It was working fine but now make an "click" sound(relay switching noise) and would some times turn on after making that noise for long time. but now i could hear the noise but does not turn on. even tried leaving it ON for a whole day. what could be the fault? can be fixed economically?
