List of problems on my 32PFL4007

Hello,

I have a 32PFL4007 TV with last firmware (000.093.000.000 of 16 oct 2012), connected to internet by RJ45 cable.

It has a very beautiful image but i noticed some little problems on it :

1) When i am on program guide (even DVB-T or internet) i can't go to the program i want to see , it returns on the list of the program guide. And when it returns on TV , sometimes there is no sound, i have to return in program guide an other time and the sound is ok at return to tv.

2) The exigence of 32 (realy 33) Gb and 250 Gb with 30 Mb/s are two high and it refuse drives that works fine on other DVB-T receivers. Cant you lower this exigence and give a list of key and drives that runs on your TV.

3) The sound, like other very flat TV needs some bass. So i connect an amplified speaker on headphone out and use tv sound + a little amplified sound. But the level of the headphone out is not accessible easyly , if wood be great if the +/- general level and speaker cut (mute) works also with headphones out. If it is possible by firmware. Mute also on headphone out would be very usefull and should permit to use output.


Also does a wireless keyboard+mouse works on it ? and is there a list of models or all model ?

Could you please confirm if the issue with the program guide is happening on both program guide (EPG) and the internet program guide (IP-EPG)?

Is this also happening when you switch from other sources, like from TV to HDMI?

Yes i tried many times , even in EPG or in IP-EPG, i can't go to the TV program from the program guide, it returns to EPG or IP-EPG program list. I have to close EPG or IP-EPG and to go to the TV program manualy.
The problem with sound in EPG or IP-EPG is not at each time.

There is no problem when i switch from other sources like HDMI or SCART it is OK.
You have to take a 32PFL4007 with 000.093.000.000 of 16 oct 2012 Firmware and try, the problem with EPG is easy to see.
