MCD388 Doesn't display folders of USB/SDCard (Can see folders on TV)

Just got a MCD388 but although its supposed to show upto 8 levels of nested folders, it doesn't ever show any folders either on USB pendrives or on SDCards. It shows all mp3 files together without any folders.
BTW, This only happens on its own display - If i connect to TV then I can see the folders.

Have tried FAT & FAT32. 4 Pendrives & 2 SDCards of 8GB & 4GB of multiple brands. Also tried simple 2-3 char folder names, no nested folders and small filenames etc, but no go. Have read the manual and tried everything.

Anyone has any idea what i need to do ?

Hi amitabhr,

This is normal behaviour. You will not see it on the display of your device but yes on your TV.

OK, thanks for the quick response.

Makes it a little difficult to browse music since I don't use it with the TV, but will find some other way.
