Freezing in startup
I get philips text in the startup and then it stays there.
Acording to chat suport there are 2 ways to reset the player
1.turn off mains and wait 40 min and start it agend
2.press the standby button down for 30 seconds, then turn it off at the mains and hold the standby button down for another 30 seconds then turn it back on and hold it down for another 30 seconds
I tried it both. No improvement, still i can se PHILIPS on the tv and after watching that for 30 min its start to get booring.
Do anyone know a working way to reset BDP 5500?
