usb-recording with a 32 GB memory
I tried with a 32 GB memory to make a recording, but it didnīt work, I ask why? The USB-memory is formatted. I hope not to need a 250 GB hard disk to succeed. Give me some advice, please

Hi,
a formatted 32GB-Stick won't have 32 GB free space available - it's always below 32 GB. So you need a 64GB stick... The manual states that one need 32 GB of "free" space.

Why Philps don't accept 30 Gb, we can use 32 Gb like that. 64 Gb are expensive and we don't know if one is accepted or not. It is sufficient for timeshift.

Now, I have understood that it is impossible to make a recording with a USB-memory, not even with a 64GB memory. You need a hard disk of at least 250GB. I must say that the manual is not clear at that point. You can pause with a USB-memory but not make a recording. Thatīs it!
