400 Smart LED 37" Philips TV
Last week I bought a new T.V. and paid for the supplier to set it up.
My previous T.V. could be as loud as I liked. I like it loud as I'm slightly deaf but am told my hearing is "within normal range"and no hearing aid is needed.
I can't hear the new T.V. and the supplier can't help. I have tried everything in the on-screen index. The factory default sound is at 30. I've put it to 60, which is the limit - it is slightly muffled and unclear and not loud enough.
Please, please, what can I do? I'm 83 and I can follow instructions but am not brilliant at all this new technology. I only want T.V. not all the "smart" things and I have no mobile phone nor any kind of computer.
Thank you.
