HMP7001 problem

I just bought my Philips HD multimedia player HMP7001, and downloaded MyRemote for iphone, but it does not work. I can connect iphone with HMP7001, and it all looks good, but than, I can't actualy use it. Whatever I push on iphone app, does not do anything on HMP7001. Only thing that works is when i go to devices, and select my connected HDD, than i can go into HDD and play ehatever I like. but main screen with buttons up down left right and stuff, just won't do anything. Please help. I am using iphone 4 with ios6 running. TY

I tried this app on my Samsung Galaxy S2 with android and it works, but you can only use the arrows and another few buttons, it simply replace the remote control and nothing more.

I hoped that it works as keyboard too (e.g. with the NetTV, youtube app ecc) but don't
