Hoping there are some experts out there that can help me with a problem or point me in the right direction.

We currently run both Speechexec Pro Dictate and Transcribe.
For quite some time now our several users (both authors and transcribers) have been experiencing isues with speechexec when it has been idel for a while (not very long).

The problem is that it either completely hangs and has to be closed and reopened via task manager or it completely hangs but continues recording in the background and again has to be closd via the process.

My own opinion is that it is losing connectivity to the dictation shared folder however, it is not an issue with our network as if it was Im sure it would effect all our users and not a number of the same users.

Would appreciate any help or advice.
