Angry Bad Motion Problem On 42PFL6877K/12

I have the 42PFL6877K/12 and I experince bad motion on high speed picture changes. It looks like partial temporary pixel errors, like ghotsing or clouding. I have updated my TV to latest version which is 000.150.048.013 but the issue remains. I came up with more consumers having the same thing. Is this problem software or hardware related? If it is software, is it a thing that is being worked on? Looking forward to overcome this because it is seriously annoying...

    Thanks,

    Batuhan

Hi, Philips would not tell. We have asked again, and again, and again...

Please contact your reseller and your local philips customer care in Turkey.

There is a thread (misplaced) here :

There was a "no-response" by Juan for the second time.
Last time he was talking about meetings... now about processes.
He just clearly implies the problem is under much attention (let's take that as a Win).

But No, do something, do like me today : contact/inform your reseller, then the repair company, then fire an email to your Philips country. And if you have time this week-end, write it down in paper and send by post.
Keep posting in website reviews about defect (linking to thread).

We've been waiting for 11 weeks, nothing more than "we are working".
I just would like to be refunded or get another model (so bad for 3D passive that I like when not juddering).

This way they can "help" them proritize the problem, instead of working for marketing useless items.
Just to sell for Christmass, it is more important, for them, to release new features than to correct Major defect.

If you do nothing, then time will go and newest 2013 models will be released...
We'll get a correction but this will affect something else. If GPU is too much loaded, they will try to hide the problem...
