    46PFL9706 distorted picture

    Hello,

    I have videos to 16/9 format and resolution 1920x800 (so a 16/9 without black bands).
    When I look on the TV, the resolution is not preserved, the image is stretched. Yet I have chosen "not scaled" in the settings.
    Do you have a solution?

    Could you please confirm to me what software version installed on your TV and where are you trying to watch these videos from?
    Try using autozoom.
